Since 2020, the start-up NTHIRTYTHREE has stood for high-quality, handcrafted headwear and accessories. Within just over five years, the young label has evolved into an exciting player in the fashion industry – with a clear vision, an international outlook, and impressive artisanal quality.

The brand produces felt hats and other headwear creations in close collaboration with a small atelier in Italy, where every piece is crafted by hand using traditional techniques. Even as the brand expands into solid gold jewelry, it remains committed to this standard of quality: the jewelry is also produced in Italy, with the same meticulous craftsmanship.

An internationally minded company on a growth path

NTHIRTYTHREE was founded by Niklas Beer, a graduate of International Management who gained his first experience with similar creative projects during his time in Scotland and France. Today, the company employs four full-time staff members, as well as two team members working in the warehouse at the Neumarkt location to ensure smooth shipping operations. The brand continues to grow steadily – including through platforms such as Zalando – and aims to become an important long-term player in the field of high-quality headwear.

Creative collaboration with students – a true win-win situation

NTHIRTYTHREE has already hosted several interns from the German Jordanian University (GJU). Particularly memorable was the start with Noor Moh'd Mustafa Hamarsha, the company’s first intern from the partnership: as a student of “Design and Visual Communication,” she brought photographic talent and valuable creativity. Her work laid the foundation for bringing more photography and social media efforts in-house – especially for the launch of new collections.

Students from the Design and Visual Communication program as well as the Business Administration program with a focus on Marketing find an environment at NTHIRTYTHREE where they can contribute creatively, bring in cultural perspectives, and gain valuable practical experience. The close collaboration – even while traveling, for example to Copenhagen Fashion Week – creates space for genuine cultural and professional exchange.
