The talk will be delivered by Rainer Rehak, Research Associate at the Weizenbaum Institute and Associated Researcher at WZB.
The session will beopened by Prof. Dr. Haytham Althawbih, Dean of the School of Applied Humanitiesand Social Sciences at GJU, who will provide the welcome note and guestintroduction. A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
In this talk, Rainer Rehak will critically examine dominant narratives surrounding artificial intelligence in the wake of ChatGPT, including questions of agency, autonomy, truthfulness, neutrality, democratization, sustainability,and the societal governance of AI.
